1.Welcome & intros: Erin introducing Stephanie Savage, 2nd year SLAIS student worked with Devin on OpenUBC – will join us to help with any Copyright related projects. Welcome! ACTION: Leva will add Stephanie to our wikispace
2. Web site update – a) Leva to update still with LibGuide OER Primer links and OER Repository Rubric; embed plug-in for WP to be installed in the coming week for use with Mediawiki
b) Technology subgroup & Guides update- Erin & Amanda testing space in BCcampus Mediawiki. ACTION: All free to go there to setup an account to try it out but Amanda will be working on pages and will finetune and document steps /guide

3. Professional Learning offerings/opps
– AdoptOTB.com is available as archived workshop – Feedback is very useful course but dropoff at mid-point; great that it is archived (Brenda, Caroline, Leva doing the workshop); ACTION: Caroline to add to the Faculty kit; Leva will link to it from BCOER pages
– Open Education Week webinars – BCOER scheduled Thursday March 12 at 11 am (30min) webinar for Librarians – [Erin, Leva & Amanda W.]
– Anyone doing something for Open Education Week? Do we want to co-promote? ACTION: Leva to send out a note to BCOER
– Can support faculty by identifying content for inclusion in LMS (identifying gaps in the textbooks and link to content using PURLS – develop a common place for inclusion of content)
– BCLA May 20-22: BCOER presentation Friday (Caroline, Brenda, & faculty person) and BCcampus booth Wed night/ Thurs – Leva/Amanda C. and BCOER: Debra and others welcome ACTION: Checkout if Mood pencils as swag ?
– BCcampus OT summit May 28/29 Call for Proposals – Let’s submit one on Librarians and what we are doing in BC to support OT? Based on last year year do we think we need something more of a conversation/planning or handson or working session? [Caroline, Leva & maybe Erin] – Leva can submit; Registration is now open!
–ETUG spring workshop SFU-B by June 4/5 – Call to Open end of February and Closes March 25th – BCOER session?

4. Faculty OT Book kit/starter guide – Caroline leading this; ACTION: Caroline to setup a libguide page and Lin, Debra, Brenda will help build the “kit”
5. Copyright projects – ACTION: Stephanie will add ideas in the wiki for our feedback
6. Sharing Open Ed info on BCLA list (ALS)
